2019-20 School Year Enrollment
If you are a current 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade student and you’d like to attend Unity during this (2019-20) school year, please call the office at (714) 473-0723 or e-mail enrollment@unitymchs.org as we have space left.
2020-21 School Year Enrollment
Unity Middle College High School will serve grades 9, 10, 11, and 12 for the 2020-21 school year. The enrollment process for the 2020-21 school year at Unity Middle College High School has a few steps:
CURRENT STUDENTS
To secure enrollment for the 2020-21 school year, current students must complete an Intent to Return form by February 28, 2020. This form will be distributed directly to students during school hours and given to parents during information meetings, when possible. If an Intent to Return form is not received by February 28, 2020, the student’s position will not be held for the next school year.
NEW STUDENTS
- Complete an Intent to Enroll Form
Intent to Enroll forms are due back by February 28, 2020. You can submit the form in person, or by emailing it to enrollment@unitymchs.org
- Complete an Enrollment Packet
Enrollment packets will be available immediately following the public random drawing. This packet requires the following information: US or foreign government-issued identification, immunization records, proof of residency (gas, electric, or phone bill), unofficial transcripts or 8th grade report card, and ELPAC scores, if applicable. Enrollment packets missing any information will be considered incomplete and may not be accepted. Enrollment packets must be completed and returned to Unity’s office with all required documentation no later than the deadline date specified. Admission may be forfeited if the completed packet is not received by this deadline. - Acceptance
Upon acceptance, new students will receive a letter of enrollment and will be scheduled for a face-to-face meeting with Unity staff and a math placement exam prior to starting school. The face-to-face meeting and math placement exam are not part of the acceptance process. Interviews are used to inform Unity staff with the individual needs and goals of incoming students and families.
